  • Alex Shell of Nova Tech is great. I’ve known Alex for almost 10 years now when I purchased my home security system. I’ve never had a problem with the system but I’ve had issues due to changes or glitches on my end – router, IP address, etc. I’m not a tech guy so it’s harder for me to figure things out. No worries though because I just email Alex and done. No matter when, where or how Alex is there for you. He is the best. I wish other business were like him. So, if you’re looking for a reliable security system and a reliable business that responds the way you expect - Alex is definitely your guy. He’s definitely my guy.

  • Novatech is most professional contractor crew that we ever worked with. After receiving multiple quotes from various vendors we selected Novatech. We had 14 cameras and NVR installed.   • I normally do not write reviews because I usually am not that impressed with very many companies. NovaTech is different. I selected this company because of their many 5 star reviews. I called the company and spoke with Alex. He scheduled a visit to our home, assessed what we had (14 old black & white cameras) and what he recommended. The estimate was quite fair. I said yes, he scheduled the installation, he and his staff arrived on time and did a wonderful install. Then Alex spent a good amount of time teaching me how to use the new system.
